Royal Decree Law 16/2022, September 6th, for the improvement of the Working Conditions and Social Security of People Working at Domestic Work

The aim of this regulation is to put the working and social security conditions of family workers on an equal footing with those of other employed persons, eliminating those differences that not only do not respond to justified reasons, but also place this group of workers at a particular disadvantage and may therefore be discriminatory.
