Plan “Co-Risponsible”

The Plan “Co-Risponsible” is a new policy that aims to initiate the path towards guaranteeing care as a right in Spain from an approach of guaranteeing universal rights and regardless of the employment status of the beneficiaries. The challenge lies in designing comprehensive care systems from a gender, intersectional and human rights perspective that promote co-responsibility between women and men, the State, the market, families and the community. The Plan is developed in collaboration with the Autonomous Communities and Cities.
