Organic Law 3/2007, march 22nd, for the effective equality between women and men

Summary:

Title V, Chapter II, regulates the balanced presence of women and men in appointments to executive bodies of the General State Administration, which also applies to staff selection and assessment bodies and in the appointment of members of collegiate bodies, committees and boards of directors of companies in which the General State Administration has a shareholding.  Article 75 regulates the participation of women on the Boards of Directors of commercial companies, promoting a balanced presence of men and women.
