Women and social exclusion, integration and equality in masculinized sectors (EN)

Problem:

Difficulty for women to access certain male-dominated sectors of activity.

Solution:

Training companies to eliminate gender stereotypes and empower women.

Target:

Human Resources (HR) professionals who work in companies in masculinized sectors.

Women at risk of exclusion with whom we will work on their labor inclusion in masculinized sectors.

 

Description of the policy / project

Program to promote equality between men and women in the workplace. This employment program is twofold: 1) it seeks to make the business community aware of the existence of barriers that hinder equality between men and women through communication and debate, and 2) it works to improve the employability of women at risk of exclusion through the development of individualized plans.
