The project consists of specific training for women managers with the aim of enabling them to promote more easily to the highest management positions in companies.
The training is a annual one, with 3 full-week training modules during the months of June, September and October-November on a digital platform. In addition, the programme offers the women who take it a coaching process, with an individual development plan, a cross-mentoring process and networking activities.
