Organic Law 2/2024, August 1st, on parity of representation and balanced presence of women and men.

The law warrants an effective and equal balance and representation of women and men in different fields of economic and political life, in accordance with European Union Directive 2022/2381. Equality will be enforced in electoral lists, public national sector, listed companies, big companies and professional organisations.
